Dada Vaswani volunteers needed - details.

Dear Devotees:
We are all thrilled and delighted that Dadaji J. P. Vaswani will soon be with us here in Orlando.
Below is a list of jobs (SEVA) for which we need SEVADARS (Volunteers). Those of you, who would like to participate in SEVA, please join us this Friday, April 17th 2009 at the residence of Mona Moorjani from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM prompt, for a meeting to deliberate and plan the events. If you cannot attend and would like to participate, please reply to this email expressing your interest.
Dadaji will be arriving into Orlando on April 23rd, will have two public events on 25th and 26th and will be departing on April 29th.
List of SEVAS:
EVENT 1: 3 Persons: On Saturday, April 25th. At the residence of Mona Moorjani - To coordinate and assist Mona in preparation and managing the event from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. We will need ushers who will assist in welcoming devotees, seating them and attending to any special needs, handicap etc. Manage audio system. Seeing to safe arrival and departure of Dadaji. Assist with after event clean up.
EVENT 2: 10 persons: On Sunday, April 26th from 11:00 am to 12:30 PM followed by lunch. Ushers to welcome and seat devotees. Mark out first row seats as reserved. Decorating the stage. Setting the stage (details will be provided). Managing sound system. Manage DVD with screen. Master of Ceremony. Distribute Prasad. Escorting Dadaji safely at arrival and departure. Selling of books. Attending to special needs, handicap etc. Managing lunch serving, drinks and tea. After event clean up.
GENERAL:
Public Awareness: To get the word around of the two events and help increase attendance.
Coordinator of Events: To have details of all SEVADARS, coordinate and assist them in their tasks.
Mobility: Two persons with a car each required each day from 23rd to 29th to convey Devotees around. You can select one day or as many as you can manage.
